Acceptable Use Policy

2. Accurate and honest information

You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or at any other time.

3. Platform integrity and security

You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, networks, or security features.

5. Communications and conduct

When communicating with Bitsimple staff or support, you must maintain a respectful and professional tone.
